The UK’s dedicated Military History Festival (25th – 27th September 2026) returns for a second year, and the Green Dragon Hotel is proud to be the event’s leading hotel and hospitality partner.
We’ve created a special two-course menu that you can pre-order and enjoy before heading off to see many of the incredible speakers. By pre-ordering, you can guarantee there’s no waiting around to dine and no time wasted, just a relaxed, enjoyable meal in the heart of Hereford City.

Join us on Friday and Saturday evenings for two courses at £40.00 pp, including a glass of red or white wine followed by a choice of tea or coffee.
Each evening will take place in the stylish Hereford Bar & Brasserie on the ground floor of the Green Dragon Hotel.
Choose from two dining times:
5pm – 6pm (we kindly ask guests to retire to the Orange Bar or Garrick Lounge at 6pm)
6:15pm – 7:15pm
