As our dynamic and hard working team grows under the leadership of Executive Chef Simon Bolsover, we are looking to recruit ambitious and driven chefs of all levels to support us ahead of the launch of The Hereford Restaurant and a busy event catering season. Experience in a hotel or busy restaurant environment is preferred, but training and guidance will also be given. This is a great opportunity for new and old talent alike to make their mark on the up and coming Herefordshire food scene, working with great produce in a professional environment.
Front of House Staff
Hours: Part Time
We are recruiting front of house staff in all areas ahead of our new restaurant launch and the busy events season. We have various roles available working under the guidance of Food & Beverage Manager Zoe McDonald, so whether you’re an ace barista, thrive on a bar, best waitress in town or experienced supervisor, we have a position for you! The ideal candidates will have experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, relevant skills, a friendly, fun and professional disposition, and most importantly, care about providing our guests with the best customer service.
