Do you allow dogs to stay at the hotel?
Pets are allowed at an additional charge of £10 per night per pet, subject to the availability of a pet-friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar but are allowed in the Garrick Lounge.
What are car parking options available?
There is a car park behind the hotel for hotel guests to use. The car park is owned and managed by a third party company; reservations can not be made, parking is limited to a first-come, first-serve basis.
There are several easy to find NCP car parks in the immediate area.
How do I find the car park designated for hotel guests but managed by Euro Parking?
Use postcode HR4 OBU to find the car park on Aubrey Street. If the car park is full, several easy-to-find NCP car parks are in the immediate area. If you park in the car park marked for hotel guests, please pay at the terminal inside the hotel at reception.

We have a secure luggage facility should you wish to arrive earlier, drop off your bags and explore the area before settling into your room.

How can I manage the temperature of my room?
We want you to have the most comfortable stay, if you are chilly or too warm, please call reception on 0, and we will be happy to provide an additional heater or fan for your bedroom.

On your departure day, our check out time is 11 am and, feel free to make the most of our free luggage holding service.
If you’d like to request a late check-out, please advise reception up checking-in. A late check-out fee of £25 per hour will be charged.
